The Best Home Workouts with PopSugar Fitness

Since starting #FitBunniesChat in January of this year, the question comes up most weeks about everyone's favourite ways to work out. Without a shadow of a doubt, mine is with PopSugar Fitness YouTube videos.

Through my life, I've owned most workout DVDs going from the beginnings with Rosemary Conley, to Davina and Ministry of Sound Danceacise but I always found them so boring, repetative and very 'dancey', so I simply stopped buying them.

It was a couple of years ago that I found PopSugar Fitness on YouTube and literally haven't looked back since. Most of the videos are in either 40, 30, 20 or 10 minutes sessions, which means you can mix and match, making your own workout programme.

After years of being subscribed to this channel, I've pretty much tried them all so here's my ultimate top six, go to home workout videos. Don't underestimate the pilates ones, they are intense and work every muscle in your body!

Reasons why I love PopSugar Fitness;
  • They have such a variety of videos varying in length, it's almost impossible to get bored of them
  • The workout routines aren't repetitive
  • Most of them don't need any eqiupment, and for the ones that do, they show you modifications on how to do it without equipment
  • I love that some of the girls in the videos sweat and struggle and are out of breath too! It really gets on my nerves watching a fitness video that is really hard but they're not breaking a sweat and don't  sound out of breath at all - meanwhile I'm dying on the floor
  • Similarly to the point above, everyone looks like they're having fun with it and they all seem really down to earth
  • They have different experts inputting and hosting certain videos

But getting up at 5am to be at the gym by 5:30, certainly was, Also, since there were 4 of us and only 1 really knew what he was doing, the workouts were VERY long. Too long when you mix in the water cooler talk that often took over some workouts.Trenbolon
